Pastor Bob Beckler discusses the two keys to a successful marriage. To build a healthy marriage, the husband and wife each have the responsibility to fulfill the other's unique needs. In this partnership, a wife's need for love equates to a husband's need for respect, and when one party feels unloved or disrespected, it often leads to a cycle of misunderstanding, frustration, anger, and ultimately a broken relationship. Breaking this cycle—and building a marriage on the sacrificial love demonstrated by Christ for the Church—requires intentional communication, support, and placing Jesus at the center of the relationship.
December 25 & January 1:
10:00am Combined Family Worship
Christmas Day and New Year’s Day both fall on a Sunday this year. On these days, we are combining our worship experiences into one combined service at 10:00am. We hope this allows members of our congregation to spend more time with their families on these special holidays while still offering the opportunity to gather and worship. These services will both be live-streamed.
There will be no Kids Ministry or other class gatherings on December 25 and January 1. Kids are welcome to attend “big church” with their parents, and these services will be shorter and more casual than our usual Sunday services. Additionally, Cafe Central will not be open these mornings.
We pray this holiday season will be a blessing to you and your family! We look forward to celebrating these special days with you in these combined family worship services.
