Church Photography Policy
Central Community Church (CCC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by CCC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. CCC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by CCC including, but not limited to, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, mobile app, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person attending a CCC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact CCC at 6100 W. Maple St., Wichita, KS 67209, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. CCC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in a CCC event or by failing to notify CCC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by CCC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify CCC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with CCC may not use, copy, alter, or modify CCC photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from CCC.
Digital Data Collection Policy
The policy of Central Community Church is to respect the privacy of all users regarding any information we may collect from them across our website and the other digital spaces we operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it, such as in order to contact you back or register you for an event. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.
