In this video, Pastor Justin Mohr teaches on The Parable of the Bags of Gold, also known as The Parable of the Talents.
OVERVIEW: Pastor Justin introduces the Parable of the Bags of Gold from Matthew 25, emphasizing that it's really about our responsibility to use the gifts and giftings that God gave each of us to further His Kingdom. The parable teaches about being faithful stewards of God's resources and expecting a return on investment. Believers are encouraged to use their time, talents, and treasures for God's kingdom, with the ultimate goal of hearing Jesus say, "Well done, my good and faithful servant," upon His return.
December 25 & January 1:
10:00am Combined Family Worship
Christmas Day and New Year’s Day both fall on a Sunday this year. On these days, we are combining our worship experiences into one combined service at 10:00am. We hope this allows members of our congregation to spend more time with their families on these special holidays while still offering the opportunity to gather and worship. These services will both be live-streamed.
There will be no Kids Ministry or other class gatherings on December 25 and January 1. Kids are welcome to attend “big church” with their parents, and these services will be shorter and more casual than our usual Sunday services. Additionally, Cafe Central will not be open these mornings.
We pray this holiday season will be a blessing to you and your family! We look forward to celebrating these special days with you in these combined family worship services.
